Penampilannya polos dan sangat tidak menarik perhatian, maka dewan juri memberikan pertanyaan yang makin mencela kepercayaan dirinya. Umurnya Empat Puluh Tujuh tahun, yang disebutkan dengan percaya diri sambil menggoyang pinggulnya. Namanya Susan Boyle. Terlahir sebagai seorang Skotlandia pada 1 April 1961. Namun sebuah buku tidak dapat dinilai hanya dari sampulnya. Dan Susan Boyle membuktikannya.
